It is with deepest regret and sorrow to report the line-of-duty death of Lieutenant Mark Kakert of IAFF Local 17 - Davenport, Iowa. Brother Kakert, 55, passed away on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 from cardiac arrest.
The Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 22, 2016 from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Runge Mortuary, 838 E. Kimberly Road, Davenport, Iowa 52807, (563) 391-6202.
